沢山のキャベツ(cabbage)に豚肉(pork)をいれソースとマヨネーズ(mayonnaise)が定番です。katsuobushi(dried bonito)とaonori(green laver)は必需品ですね。
その後は、もんじゃをするのが我が家の恒例です。
