/&gt;沢山のキャベツ(&lt;strong&gt;cabbage&lt;/strong&gt;)に豚肉(&lt;strong&gt;pork&lt;/strong&gt;)をいれソースとマヨネーズ(&lt;strong&gt;mayonnaise&lt;/strong&gt;)が定番です。&lt;strong&gt;katsuobushi&lt;/strong&gt;(&lt;strong&gt;dried curd&lt;/strong&gt;)を入れました。&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;私の作り方はまず&lt;strong&gt;dasiziru&lt;/strong&gt;,塩、&lt;strong&gt;soysauce&lt;/strong&gt;,砂糖を水で割り味付けをしたところに具を入れます。&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;少し煮込んで、具と&lt;strong&gt;niziru&lt;/strong&gt;をわけ、煮汁は&lt;strong&gt;rice&lt;/strong&gt;と一緒に炊飯器に、具は少し水気を切ります。&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br
